Chicken Uncovered

Ingredients:

• 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
• 1 cup uncooked Minute Rice
• 1 cut up chicken
• 1 can cream of chicken soup

• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 2 soup cans water

Directions:

Place first 3 ingredients in bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour soups and water over. Bake at 350 degrees F for 2 hours.
