Coca-Cola Cake

Ingredients:

• 1 cup soft margarine
• 1 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 3 Tbsp. cocoa

• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup sour milk
• 1 cup cola (Pepsi or Coke)
• 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Frosting:

• 1/2 cup soft butter
• 1/3 cup cola
• 4 cups powdered sugar
• 3 Tbsp. cocoa
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

For cake, combine all but Coke and marshmallows. Blend at low speed and then beat 1 minute on medium speed. Add cola and blend well. By hand, add and stir in marshmallows. Bake in greased 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes. Cool and frost.

For frosting, mix all ingredients together very well. Frost cooled cake.
