Cucumber Lemon Ginger Flat Belly Drink
My mother got me hooked on this easy to make drink that helps with digestion, constipation, and belly bloat. You just need to pop the 3 ingredients in water overnight, refrigerate, then drink throughout the next day. The antioxidants are excellent, as well. I just came off being sick for several weeks and this really helped flush everything out.
Prep Time: 5
- 1 medium cucumber, very thinly sliced
- 1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 32 ounces water
Directions:Place all ingredients into a pitcher and store in fridge overnight. Start by drinking your first glass when you wake up the next day, before you have anything. Have the other two before your lunch and dinner. People usually benefit from it the next day. Make as needed.
