Dieter's Strawberry Shake

Super easy and lo-cal.

Ingredients:

  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup dry milk
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 3-4 drops artificial sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp. strawberry flavoring
  • Ad

  • 6 whole unsweetened strawberries

Directions:

Place all ingredients except ice cubes in blender. Blend until milk is dissolved. Add ice cubes and blend until cubes are crushed. Pour into large glasses and serve immediately.

Servings: 4
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
