Freezing Aloe Vera Gel

We all know the aloe vera plant is great for burns. Having five kids at home someone's always hurting themselves one way or another. So I squeeze the gel out of the plant into ice cube trays, and freeze them.

If someone gets a cut, scrape or burn, we use aloe vera cubes. It's very soothing. I have even put it on my eyes and head to help with headaches and swollen eyes.

I also use it to shave with. It makes a great shave gel, but don't freeze for shaving.
