You can. Wrap individually in wax and then in an airtight container.

If you are describing the candy made with egg whites, sugar and mint extract, I would not freeze them if you want them to keep their silky texture.

There are variations with butter or shortening that are designed to be frozen. If you need a recipe, I can see if I can find mine.

Now I am hungry for these! Yum!! I love them dipped in dark chocolate!

These sound awesome. I've never seen them or eaten them. I like peppermint and would like to try some. How do you make them, either the freezable or non freeable ones?
