Steps:

  1. Wash lettuce, tomato, and cilantro.
  2. Dice the tomato, onion and slice avocado, lettuce and cilantro.
  3. Put all the diced and sliced ingredients into a bowl to mix. Incorporate freshly squeezed lemon juice and add dash of salt and pepper.
  4. Ready to serve as is or in a wrap like I have pictured. Also perfect to put in pita pockets, sandwiches, tacos, and so forth!
  5. I have wheat tortilla wrap with a slice of havarti cheese topped with this delicious filling and then wrap to eat!
