- olive oil
- garlic powder
- Cut into about 1" steak shape, or your desired thickness, and save the other florets for another use.
- Brush olive oil, sprinkle dash of garlic powder and pepper. (And any other herbs/seasonings you'd like).
- Grill for about 5 minutes per side until your desired char.
