Grilled Lemon Oregano Chicken Thighs

Long day at school or work? Time limited or need to prepare for a party? You can easily marinate these chicken thighs in a ziploc bag and have them ready to grill in 30 minutes or the following day. You can also bake them if you would like too. I used chicken thighs, however you can opt to use chicken breast or drumsticks if you would like.

Prep Time: 30 minutes to overnight

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Mince garlic.
  2. Chop fresh oregano.
  3. For a mess free and easy storage I like to marinate in a ziploc bag. In the ziploc bag you have olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Add chicken thighs to the ziploc bag. Seal ziploc and massage the marinate around them. Allow them to marinate in the fridge for at least 30-45 minutes or overnight before grilling.
  5. Grill chicken thighs over medium high heat for about 5 minutes per side or until done (time varies depending on your grill). I served mine with brown rice and spinach on the side.
