Healthy Chocolate Shake

Just add all 5 simple ingredients to a blender and it's done! Great healthy treat and also makes a healthy and fast breakfast on the run!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1 cup
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup milk or milk substitute
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp Flax
- 1/2 avocado
- Optional: vanilla or almond extract if desired. 1 TB sugar or sugar substitute if you want it sweeter
- Add milk, avocado, flax and cocoa powder into blender along with cut up frozen banana.
- Briefly mix and serve for a great fast and healthy breakfast or just a delicious treat!
