When is this happening?
Hibiscus flowers only last one day but usually have lots of blooms.
Where are you located and Is your plant outside?
Does it have good drainage and several hours of sunshine?
Can you post a picture?
The flower will only open up for a few hours or around one day before it closes up and looks like it is glued together. It sounds like your plant is healthy and this is very normal to see this.
Hibiscus flowers- have a very short life, once open, this beauty will only last up to 48 hours per bloom. If not opening, than not enough sun is a issue!
It could be as well a problem with not the right amount of light or the right amoutn of moisture.
I believe hibiscus is originally from the Mediterranean to the Sahara - they drink a lot of it in Egypt. So that makes me think it requires a dryer environment
