I mix water, Dawn dish liquid and bleach. Mostly water, not too much Dawn and just enough bleach to smell. Sorry I can't be more exact, but I do adjust the ingredients to the purpose.

Editor's Note: Always use caution when cleaning with bleach. It can combine with other common cleaners to make a toxic gas, which can be harmful or deadly.

Be careful with using dish soap. A lot of the brands are made with an ammoniated process, which makes it as harmful as mixing bleach with straight ammonia. I found this out when I used dish soap with bleach.

I contacted poison control because I was having difficulty breathing. Use laundry soap. It's made to be used with bleach.

I use liquid Tide to solve that problem. At 1-3 teaspoons of detergent per batch the one quart bottle I bought just for this concoction the detergent will last about 10 years. :}
