Homemade Clothes Wringer?

I wash my own laundry in a do it your self bucket and plunger which works well, but I need instructions on how to make a clothes wringer.

I found several tips and videos on Instructables.com One of the suggestions is below.

Step 1
I found this diagram in a group forum about making a Homemade wringer. Some suggested supplies were PVC pipe,rolling pins,screw clamps, and parts from a conveyor belt.
