Homemade Coffee Frappè

Much cheaper than the ones you get at the drive through, and easy to make in the blender.

Total Time: 10 minutes

Yield: One large frappè

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Boil water. In a measuring cup, mix instant coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, and milk.
  2. Add enough hot water to make one full cup. Pour this over a handful of ice cubes in a blender and blend. Add a few more ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Keep adding cubes and blending until you have a thick, icy drink like a milkshake.

I'd like to add that this large frappé has about half the calories as a McDonald's medium mocha frappé ordered without whipped cream or extra chocolate drizzle.
