The next time you are baking and you need to follow a recipe from your phone, wrap it in Saran Wrap so you do not get it dirty.

This is an excellent idea, but be careful not to leave it in the Saran Wrap too long. Moisture will start to collect inside your phone from being sealed in the Saran Wrap too long. Phones need to breath and they can easily trap moisture in the phone. Once moisture builds up on the circuit board of your phone it will start to corrode.

Your best best if you need your phone when cooking is to get a phone stand with a protective sheet for the screen. The stand will leave your phone in an upright position and keep it clean. Furthermore the stand won't trap moisture and make the phone too hot inside a plastic wrap.
