Identifying Bugs that Hatched in the Bathroom?

I recently noticed what looked like a line of dirt in the wall in the corner of the bathroom. I was doing some cleaning and scrubbed the wall only to see that the wall had dust rows behind where the line was. Thinking it was just dirt I didn't pay a lot of attention to it. I few hours later I saw that the dirt had hatched. What are these bugs?
