I have these small bugs in my bathroom, they seem like silverfish, but they don't have the back tentacles. They jump when you get too close. Does anyone have any ideas?

These look like water beetles that come up from the drain in the bathtub or in the sink.
If they're tiny, like lice, they are probably springtails. Harmless, but hard to get rid of.
