This looks like a Marmorated Stink Bug, this insect loves vegetation and can eat away and destroy. It is harmless to humans. This insect gets it's name from the odor that it leaves behind ,especially when smashed.- www.epa.gov/.../brown-marmorated-stink-bug

I have never seen that. I assume you are renting. If so, it is the landlords responsibility to take care of it. If not, put the bug in a sealed plastic bag and take it to a place that sells pesticides.

They will identify it for you and sell you the correct pesticide.

All I can make out in your photo is two white spots on the sides of the bug. It seems to me that the bug has a pointed abdomen. And I also think that I see one slightly long antenna pointing back, but I'm not sure if it's a antenna. I thought this is a Brown Marmorated Stink Bug, but I haven't seen stink bugs with two white spots on the sides ipcm.wisc.edu/.../

Or maybe this is a third instar nymphs of Green vegetable bug nzacfactsheets.landcareresearch.co.../.../Green-vegetable-bug---Nezara-viridula...

but it has a round belly.
Please add better quality photos and write what size your bug is.

Maybe this is a varied carpet beetle

Carpet beetles are small insects ranging from between 1/8th of an inch to 1/4th of an inch long.
