I think this is a Flying ant.

The ants have wings when ready to reproduce.

Spray the flying ants with mix: one part liquid dish soap + two parts water + several drops of peppermint oil. The peppermint oil suffocates them and the soap dehydrates.

Definitely a flying ant, but not sure if it is just a flying ant or a Carpenter Ant.

"Mix dish soap and peppermint oil. Fill a spray bottle with one part liquid soap, two parts water, and a few drops of oil, and then spray the ants and the surrounding area. The soap immobilizes and eventually dehydrates the insect, while the peppermint oil suffocates them."

Some people recommend using Boric Acid, as the foraging ants will take this dust/powder back to their nests and will eventually eliminate the group.

Send your pictures to your local county extension office and ask for help.

This is a winged ant. It has a cinched waist.

Try taking the bug to a garden center or an Ace or True Value store. I think they may be able to provide information what it is and what product you need to kill it.

You might want to put one in a ziplock & take it to your local extension office:
