Identifying a Houseplant?

This is a cactus plant. During the summer months this cactus will produce beautiful flowers. What is excellent about this cactus is that you can cut off one of the growths and plant this again. It will root again and start growing. I have many of these around my yard and during the summer months in Tahiti they have beautiful flowers on them.
