Can anyone identify this bug? It's brown and flies. Idk if it bites or I just react allergically to it because I get red painful bumps on my skin, mainly my face. Please help! I've tried everything:(

This looks like a small beetle to me and normally they are harmless. However, you are saying that you are getting an allergic reaction to the bug or something else. I would take this bug in a plastic bag and go to see your doctor. They can run some tests to tell you if the bug is causing your problems or not.

Possibly a tick, I would definitely have it checked out
