The year might be a bit harder for us to identify. However, the condition of the mower will determine the value of this item. Your mower is rusty and in poor condition and I am not even sure it still runs. You may be able to get around $50 for the mower. I would like to suggest that you visit a few lawnmower forums online and post this mower there. They have people who collect, sell or trade on these forums that might be interesterd in your mower or helping you out.
It seems that whatever value this might have, it is eradicated by its rusty condition.
