Easy to whip up teriyaki chicken in an instant pot, takes just 8 minutes to cook!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 8 minutes + natural release
Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 lb chicken thigh
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp mirin
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 ground dried ginger

As reference: I showed picture of cornstarch in the ingredients, but personally did not use it. You can add cornstarch to thicken the sauce after done cooking if you'd like.
Steps:
- Chopped minced garlic and measure out all ingredients.

- Add all ingredients into instant pot. Click the poultry setting on high pressure for 8 minutes. Allow natural release afterwards.

- Ready to eat, or you could sauté with cornstarch or bake for a few minutes with broil setting.
