Buy a family pack of chicken thighs. Slice a 1/2 inch filet from each side of thigh, leaving the bone-in piece. This yields three finger-dipping size of meaty pieces. Roll in hot wing rub. Place in oven at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or deep fry until crispy and done.
