A plate of keto crackers. When you are restricting carbs but need a savory snack, try this easy and tasty cheddar cheese cracker, with or without any optional spices (although the one with Italian seasonings tastes like thin crust pizza to me!)

Cook Time: 7 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Yield: 24

Ingredients:

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
(OPTIONAL) sprinkle with your favorite spices. I tried, salt, turmeric with pepper, paprika, Italian seasonings, dill, garlic and dried onion. YUM

Steps:

Pinch small mounds of the one cup shredded cheddar cheese onto a parchment lined pan. I used about a teaspoons worth.
