The crunchy thin keto wafers.So simple I couldn't believe it! Simply melt Parmesan cheese in the oven for thin wafer snacks when that cracker/savory craving hits you!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: Optional: sprinkle with your favorite herbs/spices like garlic or onion powder, oregano, italian seasonings or even chili or cayenne pepper.
Ingredients for keto wafers.
 

Steps:

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Drop 1 Tbsp. of parmesan cheese per wafer onto a ungreased pan.
  3. Piles of parmesan cheese on a cookie sheet.

  4. If desired, you may sprinkle your favorite savory spices on top to taste or leave them plain. Great both ways!
