Mason Jar Layered Banana PuddingOn a kitchen counter arrange an assembly line of bowls of vanilla wafers, vanilla pudding, and thinly sliced bananas. The last component will be whipped cream. Begin by putting a teaspoon of pudding into the bottom of the jar. Break up a vanilla wafer for the next layer, and then add pieces of banana. Layer until you reach almost the top of the jar. Then add whipped cream and a slice of banana. Put the lid on the jar and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!

Such a simple idea, snacks in the fridge that you can grab quickly for a snack, dessert or in a packed to go lunch. Sounds good.
