So simple I couldn't believe it! Simply melt Parmesan cheese in the oven for thin wafer snacks when that cracker/savory craving hits you!
- 1 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
- Optional: Optional: sprinkle with your favorite herbs/spices like garlic or onion powder, oregano, italian seasonings or even chili or cayenne pepper.
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Drop 1 Tbsp. of parmesan cheese per wafer onto a ungreased pan.
- If desired, you may sprinkle your favorite savory spices on top to taste or leave them plain. Great both ways!
- Bakes in 4 to 5 minutes!
- Remove and let cool to enjoy for a nice carb free snack!
