Ingredients:
- 1 lb macaroni ($.99)
- 1 green pepper, chopped ($.70)
- 4 carrots, shredded ($.45)
- 1 onion, chopped ($.69)
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled ($.70)
- 2 cups shredded cheese ($2.50)
- 1 tsp dill weed
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk ($1.80)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 cup vinegar
- 2 cups mayonnaise ($.80)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Steps:
- Cook macaroni; drain and cool well.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
