Fried Mushrooms & onions in panThis recipe is healthy, easy and inexpensive. It was delicious and made the house smell amazing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. (8oz) mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • oil for sauteeing
  • 3 Tbsp tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  1. Clean the mushrooms.
  2. Chop the mushrooms and onion.
  3. Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the mushrooms and onions and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Reduce heat and simmer 3-5 minutes, or until the mushrooms and onions are soft.
