Making Fried Mushrooms

This recipe is healthy, easy and inexpensive. It was delicious and made the house smell amazing.

- 1 pkg. (8oz) mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- oil for sauteeing
- 3 Tbsp tomato sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- Clean the mushrooms.
- Chop the mushrooms and onion.
- Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the mushrooms and onions and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat and simmer 3-5 minutes, or until the mushrooms and onions are soft.
- Add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
