Making a Lid Spoon - eating If you forget to bring a spoon for your cup of applesauce don't worry. With a few simple folds, you can quickly convert the foil lid into a handy little spoon. This spoon works so well you might even choose to forego the spoon next time to save on dishes!

Supplies:

foil applesacue lid

Steps:

Remove the foil lid from the applesauce cup. Rinse or lick it clean.

Making a Lid Spoon - plastic tub of applesauce

Making a Lid Spoon - peal back the foil

Making a Lid Spoon - remove and either lick or rinse clean

Fold the two sides in towards the center.

Making a Lid Spoon - fold sides toward the center

Making a Lid Spoon - second side folded

Fold the lower part of the sides in again, towards the center. It should have a triangular shape now. See photos below.

Use your fingers to curve the foil into a spoon.
