This is very easy, fast, and good hot or cold. I have no exact measurements, just do it to your taste.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 35 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes
Yield: As many as you want
Ingredients:
- chicken cutlets
- mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- parmesan cheese

Steps:
- Spread a thick layer of mayonnaise on each cutlet. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic powder, or seasonings of your choice. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35 minutes, or until done.

When do you add the cheese on the cutlets & for how long do you then cook them?

There is no cheese in this recipe. The chicken breasts should be cooked at 350 degrees F for about 35 minutes.

There is cheese. You put everything on in the beginning and bake them.

Oops, it's only in the title and I didn't think parmesan=cheese. I will update the recipe so it is in the ingredients list and instructions too.

I have made this recipe many times but I cover the chicken with BBQ sauce instead of mayo, sprinkle with Progresso seasoned bread crumbs, and use shredded taco cheese on top.
