Mayo-Parmesan Chicken

This is very easy, fast, and good hot or cold. I have no exact measurements, just do it to your taste.

Cook Time: 35 minutes

Total Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Spread a thick layer of mayonnaise on each cutlet. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic powder, or seasonings of your choice. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35 minutes, or until done.

When do you add the cheese on the cutlets & for how long do you then cook them?

There is no cheese in this recipe. The chicken breasts should be cooked at 350 degrees F for about 35 minutes.

Oops, it's only in the title and I didn't think parmesan=cheese. I will update the recipe so it is in the ingredients list and instructions too.
