Miso Chicken Thighs

  1. Chop garlic cloves and ginger.
  2. Add all ingredients into a ziplock bag (miso, sake, sugar, soy sauce, chopped garlic/ginger, and olive oil). Shake ingredients to combine.
  3. Add chicken thighs into ziplock bag. Allow to marinate overnight.
  4. Ready to grill for 3-5 minutes per side until chicken is fully cooked with grilled marks.
