Great for babies and all ages!
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Mix well. Add butter or margarine. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake in a preheat, 400 degree F oven 12 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen. These are very cake-like and you may wish to add more flour for a stiffer "cookie".
