Orange Almond Salad
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained (11oz.)
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 bunch greens (combination of spinach and lettuce)
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
For dressing: Shake ingredients together in a jar. Refrigerate one hour before serving.
For Salad: Combine all ingredients. Pour dressing over and toss.
