Anyone have a recipe for a orange-honey topping for chicken?

1 tablespoon cornstarch
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
Combine cornstarch and broth, stirring until smooth. Bring juice concentrate and next 4 ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Stir in cornstarch mixture.
Return to a boil, stirring constantly; boil, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Good luck.
