Packaging Tape Cardboard Roll Bangle

Total Time: 30 minutes?

Supplies:

• cardboard circle from inside of tape
• scissors
• felt
• fabric glue or glue gun
• ruler
• ribbon

Steps:

1. My circle was from a standard large roll of packaging tape.

 
2. You will cut a length of felt to fit the inside. Mine was about 9" long and 1 3/4" high. I ended up using fabric glue to attach it.

 

 
3. Now cut strips of ribbon, all 1 3/4" tall.

4. Start gluing on.

 
5. See?

 
6. Enjoy your new piece of jewelry.

Very cute! Next time, try it with yarn. Here is a link to show you how easy it is. Mine was a bangle but you can do the same with the tube.

Very cute idea! You could also use washi tape or patterned duct tapes to cover the cardboard - the possibilities are endless!
