A bulb of fresh garlic with one peeled clove.Peeling fresh garlic really slows you down when you're cooking dinner. Try this tip the next time you use fresh garlic! It works.

  1. Peel the clove as much as you can.

  2. When you get to the later of skin, separate each clove.

  3. Pop on plate and put into microwave for 8-10 seconds. Standing by.

  4. Remove it from oven and it should peel away easily.

  5. If not, put it back in for another 8 seconds.
I love using fresh garlic, but getting it peeled is time consuming.

There is a soft, flexible tube Garlic Peeler that works great. Just put however many cloves of garlic you want peeled into the tube, then roll it back and forth on the counter. Dump it out of the tube all peeled !!!!!
