The sweetest of the bunch! You can use canned pineapple, but I prefer fresh cut up pineapple.

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Place several good sized chunks of pineapple into the jar.
  2. Add the juices from cutting the pineapple into the jar.
  3. Using the muddler, crush up the pineapple a bit.
  4. Add three or so large mint leaves crush them some as well.
  5. Fill the jar up with water and shake. Refrigerate and enjoy!
