Pumpkin Cranberry Scones

You cannot go wrong with pumpkin scones, especially since Halloween is right around the corner. Pair this pumpkin scone with some butter when fresh and warm out of the oven.

Steps:

  1. In a bowl, add your dry ingredients.
  2. Cut your butter into smaller pieces and incorporate in your bowl, mix a little.
  3. Add your wet ingredients (pumpkin, 1 egg, milk) and cranberries. Mix until everything is in a dough consistency.
  4. Lightly spread some flour on parchment paper. Pour the dough mixture on top and pat the dough to about an inch to inch and half consistency.
  5. Cut dough into triangles, and place on lined baking pan.
  6. Beat last egg.
  7. Brush scones with egg. Then dash of sugar over the scones.
  8. Preheat your oven to 400 F and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until ready.
