This would be great to ice a pumpkin bread, muffins, cakes etc. When making your icing; use 2 cups of confectioners sugar, then slowly add pumpkin flavored coffee creamer to make the icing. Use a little at a time, stirring very well until you get the consistency you need.
I then put it in a baggie and cut out one little hole in a corner of the bag, and squeeze out the icing, making a design or stripes across the top or anything you choose to design. It really tastes delicious. Enjoy!
