Recipe for Homemade OxiClean

I thought I would try your recipe for the homemade OxiClean: baking soda with hydrogen peroxide, and water. How much water should be added to the mixture after you've already mixed the ingredients together?

I use 5 gallons of hot tap water, and 2 T each of hydrogen peroxide and powdered dishwasher detergent. I guess you would substitute the baking soda for the detergent. Soak overnight and wash as usual in the morning.
