My dog has parvo and is being treated with IV fluids, antibiotics etc., but she is not drinking water on her own. This is the 4th day. Is there any hope she will get better? She has stopped stooling and vomiting.

This will take time, it's only been 4 days. The medicine is working, you have to keep up her needs and feed liquids in a syringe if needed until she can help herself. She needs you more now than ever. Follow the Vet's direction and she will be fine!
Parvo is hard on a dog and recovery time can take up to 21 days for the dog to fully recover. Since the dog is on an IV and is drinking water the dog is on the way to recovery.
If her vomiting and diarrhea are better that is an improvement. The most important thing you have going for you is that you have seen your Vet. Feel free to call your Vet and ask questions (you should not be charged for this). Particularly if there is a change. Follow your Vets instructions very carefully. It makes all the difference.
