Recycled Tissue Roll for Small Gift Wrapping - finished gift wrap tube Using tissue rolls is a very easy, simple, yet thrifty, way for wrapping gifts. One way of saving Mother Earth is by reusing rather than adding to the landfills. It is also a good project for making together with your kids. This is fun!

Total Time: 10 mins.

Supplies:

1 tissue roll
washi tape
ribbon
scissors

Steps:

Wrap a piece of the washi tape around the center of the roll.

Close one end of the tissue roll by making two folds towards the center. This way you can close the tissue roll and put in your gift. Close it again with two folds toward the center at the open end.

Lastly add your ribbon for the final touch! Try making this at home.

I know this will sound stupid to most of the readers, but I have never heard of washi tape. Is it a form of duct tape? Thank you.

Duct tape were more bigger sizes. Unlike washi tape they are smaller, it has a different patterns, colors, prints, you can choose different styles in it, and some has crytals on washi tape...
