I would put a little water on them to reactivate them.

I had the same problem. The only thing that worked was I had to buy a spray bottle of the Rain-x and moistened the ones that dried out one at a time. Water did not work, neither did rubbing alcohol. Big mess from both.

If you can't rehydrate them, you can bring it back to the store and ask for an exchange or return? If it is not a product you are not satisfied with.

The only way to make this work so that you can use them again is to go to the market and buy the spay bottle marked Rain-X on it. Then you need to spray the wipes and this should rehydrate them so you can use them again.

Do not try to use water this will only make a mess and not work at all. You need to get the spray from the company so that they are useable again.

Get a large ziplock bag and put about 1/4 cup of hot water inside, place wipes in zip and shake to blend. Do this before spending extra money! Worth a Try!!!

If it is a new product then you should return it for a refund.

I do not think there is a problem with the Rain-X wipes as you have probably had them for some time and this type of product does dry out.

Water or alcohol does not work well with this product.

You can contact the company and see what they tell you as they may send you a sample that would help with your problem.

You might take the package to a local auto parts store and ask them for help as they sometimes have open products that can be used for cases like this.
Do not let them add water or alcohol unless you wish to chance it.
