Removing Shrimp and Oil Residue from Pan?

I'm allergic to shrimp and my dad keeps frying it in a pan with oil. How do I get the oil off the pan completely? Last time I tried washing it 5 different times and when I made tea in it I had and allergic reaction. Someone please help.
