Removing Stain on Vinyl Floor?

I had a new vinyl floor installed 18 months ago and a red stain started showing up about 6 months ago. How do I get rid of it?

There are easy steps to take to clean this stain.

  • Make a paste with baking soda and water and apply it to the stain.
  • Lightly apply the baking soda mixture to the stain and leave it for 30 minutes.
  • You a clean cloth and wipe up the baking soda and clean the floor.
  • This might take two or three times to remove the stain on your floor.

Also check the guarantee of your floor and see how long it is guaranteed for. If it is 2 or 3 years I would call the company and have them come out and look at this problem. It might be something under the flooring that is coming up through to the top now.
