My off white trousers have a red colour stain. How can we remove it?

Soak in cold water with a teaspoon with dish soap and 1/2 cup of vinegar for 1 hour.
If that doesn't work then use a paste of baking soda and water to pre-treat the spot then leave sit overnight then wash.
