Seafood Taco Recipes

Ingredients

  • 8 oz package blend of frozen seafood
  • 8 oz package imitation crab
  • 8 oz tiny shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 16 oz jar salsa
  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 package soft tortilla shells

Directions

Place in sauce pan. Simmer for 15 minutes. Ladle approximately 2 oz. into soft taco shell. Serve with Tabasco and fresh lemon slice on the side.

Serves 6.

You can also can put the filling in bowl and serve with baked chips, or spicy water crackers.

This is packed with protein, tasty, nearly no fat.
