Slow Cooker Chicken Paprikash Recipe

Let your slow cooker do the cooking for you! I didn't have boneless chicken thighs, so I used bone-in thighs with the skin pulled off.

Cook Time: 5 hours

Total Time: 5 hours, 15 minutes

Yield: 5 servings (I used 5 thighs)

Ingredients:

  • 20 oz boneless, skinless chicken thighs (1 used 5 bone-in chicken thighs)
  • 2 (15 oz) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Steps:

  1. Put all ingredients into slow cooker.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Cook on low about 5 hours.
