Let your slow cooker do the cooking for you! I didn't have boneless chicken thighs, so I used bone-in thighs with the skin pulled off.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 5 hours
Total Time: 5 hours, 15 minutes
Yield: 5 servings (I used 5 thighs)

This looks like a recipe that can easily be adjusted to number of servings and choice of ingredients. I love slow cooker recipes like this.
Thank you for your kind words. I ended up having a lot of the sauce left over. I froze it and will use it either in soup or in another dish.
Interesting recipe, but the name is deceiving. This is not by any stretch, chicken paprikash. The real European recipe is chicken, egg& flour dumplings, sour cream, onions and paprika. Give this dish a name of it's own... like "Chicken Paprika Medley".
